Setting up your account.

Setting up your EasyEquities account is an easy and simple online process. All you need to do is either download our app (from the App Store, Google Play Store or the Huawei AppGallery) or use our web platform to register for an account.

We've answered some common questions below to help you out.

My email address or telephone number is not being accepted?

Please make sure that your email address has no spaces before or after it and do not enter your country dialling code as part of your telephone number.

Do I need a tax number to open an account?

No, you don't. If you do not have a tax number please deselect the tick box and fill out the "reason" field (i.e you're a student etc.)

Do I need to upload documents?

If you are an individual over the age of 18 you do not need to upload any documents when you open an account. Sometimes our automated checks require us to get in touch with you to request certain documents but we'll let you know everything you'll need to submit if we require any further details.

Why do you need my bank account details?

EasyEquities allows you to set recurring investments, in order to do so we'll need to make sure that we have your bank account details. We'll also need your bank account details when you meet those investment goals and are looking to withdraw your money. Asking for them now will just make everything Easy later.

I've completed my registration but my account is not yet verified?

This could be because of one of the automated checks we do might have not been successful. Someone will get in touch with you shortly to let you know what you'll need in order to complete your verification.
